Has the Lune & Littles carrier been safety tested?
Yes. The Lune & Littles baby carrier has undergone independent third-party laboratory testing, including ASTM F2236-24 / 16 CFR Part 1226 requirements for soft infant carriers, along with applicable structural, load, flammability, lead and phthalate testing.
What position does the carrier support?
The Lune & Littles carrier is designed to grow with your baby, offering multiple carry positions for every stage. In the early months, the inward-facing position supports bonding while providing important head and neck support. As your baby grows stronger and develops good head and neck control, you can transition to outward-facing. For older babies who meet the appropriate developmental requirements, the carrier can also be used in the back-carry position for comfortable, hands-free carrying.

What is an ergonomic baby carrier?
A well-designed ergonomic carrier keeps your baby in the natural “M-position,” with knees slightly higher than their bottom — ideal for healthy hip development. It should also evenly distribute weight to reduce strain on your body, with adjustable straps for a secure, personalised fit. Look for padded support and breathable materials to ensure all-day comfort for both you and your baby.
What is the age and weight limit for the Lune & Littles baby carrier?
Age Range: Newborn to approximately 36 months
Weight Range: 3.2–20 kg
The Lune & Littles carrier is designed for babies and toddlers weighing 3.2–20 kg. Suitability also depends on your baby’s size and stage of development.
Young babies should always be carried inward-facing with their head, neck and back properly supported. Outward-facing should only be used once your baby has strong, consistent head and neck control. Always keep your baby’s face visible and airways clear, and follow the Baby Carrier User Manual for complete fitting and safety guidance.
Is it possible to breastfeed whilst using the carrier?
Yes! The Lune & Littles carrier is designed to make on-the-go breastfeeding easy and discreet. Simply adjust the fit slightly for better access, and always ensure your baby’s airways are clear. After feeding, gently return them to an upright position for safe carrying.
